March 2014 archive

Over the last couple of months, I have often spoken about stepping out of my comfort zone a little by trying colours and styles I wouldn’t normally go for and slowly but surely I’ve been changing up my wardrobe to look less than just a sea of black.

I loved the look of this beautiful floral dress from new brand ‘Pink Soda’ when I first spotted it online.. the colours/print are so just so perfect for spring but the idea of me actually wearing it was a little daunting, I have to admit…

When I tried it on, I couldn’t help but love it.. the bright colours with the sequin detailing on the net is stunning and I found the a line fit to be quite flattering. I teamed it up with dark tights and platforms and accessorized with a chunky silver necklace and a gorgeous clutch from Sunita Mukhi.

As the weather gets warmer, this dress would be great to wear sans tights with a pair of white block heel sandals!

So what do y’all think?

In case you haven’t seen it yet, check out the just launched Pink Soda collection on Bank Fashion!

Farewell Winter Days..

It’s happening people.. we are leaving the dreary winter behind and saying hello to a beautiful spring in the form of the amazing weather we had this weekend! I thought it would be only fitting to say goodbye to a season in style by adorning the most beautiful coat I have ever laid my eyes on..

Isn’t she a beauty? The STUNNING ‘Switzerland’ coat from Milusha London is probably the most beautiful item of clothing I have ever come in contact with.. and considering the amount of people that stopped me in the street to ask me where it was from, I’d say most people would fall head over heels in love with it too!

I teamed it up with some distressed denim from ASOS, a side split tee from TOPSHOP and some peek a boo booties from Dorothy Perkins. To accessorize, I grabbed a wide brim fedora from and gold stack rings, both from H&M and my Ray-Ban aviators.

As pointed out by a few other people, I seem to have a thing for big hats.. ;)

So.. what do you all think? Liking my (hopefully) last winter look?

Thanks for reading my lovelies.. Until the next post!

Happy Sunday folks! Just a quick update today with my look from yesterday.. It was such a beautiful day and the sun was shining despite the chilly weather. I decided to ditch the jean and tee combo I usually opt for at the weekends and glammed it up a little instead..

Obviously, what immediately stands out about this look is the gorgeous floral brocade skirt c/o Whistle & Wolf. The gorgeous print and style of the skirt really stand out so I teamed it up with a plain black sheer shirt from Topshop, black tights and my black posy platforms from ASOS.

To bring it all together, I pinned on a beautiful jewelled cameo brooch c/o Forever 21 and grabbed a black leather Dolce & Gabbana tote and voila!

I’ve been mega busy over the last week planning some great things for March.. can’t wait to share a HUGE bit of news with you all ;)

Hope you’re all having a fab weekend my loves! Thanks for reading!

Until the next post!
