Almost Famous.

Hey guys! Sorry it’s been a red hot minute since my last post – broke my streak of a post every other day but worry not, I’m going back to it! I spent the last weeks working harder than usual with lining some great projects up that I’m really excited to share with you guys.. soon.

Anyway.. so today’s post is part deux of my all out 70’s looks.

DPP_0140DPP_0116DPP_0085-1DPP_0077You guys already know that I have no issue with doubling up on the denim so for this look I styled a pair of mega kick flares from Zara with a denim shirt in the same shade which I tucked in. I obviously had to wear platforms underneath since any high street fit is way way too long for me (short life problems). Tan and denim are a winning combo for me so I finished the look off with a shearling draped jacket that I got from Nasty Gal a few seasons ago and gold tinted oversized aviators from Next. There you have it – super simple and super seventies. If you guys still aren’t convinced on whether flares are right for you, check out my top tips on how to style them this season in collaboration with Amex and Shopstyle right here.

Hope you all are having a fab start to the week! Thanks for reading as always..
Until the next post!

Fringe Benefits

So I’m pretty sure you guys have picked up on the fact that I am seventies obsessed of late – I am taking full advantage of the era of love being back with a bang and really, can you blame me? Suede, Fringe & Flares are must haves this season and I decided to wear em all at once for ultimate seventies glamour!

I teamed up my favorite high waisted flares with a black ribbed roll neck and a suede fringed vest on top from Bershka. I love the draping on this vest and the colour is obviously one of my favs – can’t go wrong with camel! I straightened my hair and parted it down the center for a chic 70’s look and added my mirrored aviators to finish the look off.

I have another all out 70’s look coming up on here soon – gotta make the most of it while I can! ;)

Hope you guys are having a fab week – thanks for reading!

Until the next post!

Ola my loves.. just a quick one from me today.. So, you may have caught a glimpse of this outfit a couple of weeks ago on my Duck & Dry post but since sooo many of you liked it on Instagram, thought I would share the full look!

With the weather beginning to warm up a little, I am taking full advantage and ditching the coats for duster coats instead.

This navy drape jacket made a really simple outfit look just a little bit chicer I think. I paired a simple neon yellow top tucked into a black bodycon skirt with the jacket on top. I love the combination of yellow and navy, perfect for that pre-spring weather. I added my current fav statement necklace for a lil bit of bling factor and my Air force 1’s for comfort.

Looking at these pictures reminded me of how nice my hair looked that day – thank you again Duck & Dry!

Hope you’re all having a fab weekend – until the next post!

Varsity Blues

So after all the big skirts and spring dresses you’ve seen me in lately, I think it’s only fair we mix it up with a super laid back outfit… cos let’s be honest, some days you just want to kick it in jeans and a jumper.

I love this Varsity Print jumper from M&S, so cosy and and warm – perfect for an off duty day in London!

I teamed it with my black coated jeans from Wildfox and matched the blue detail in the jumper to these gorgeous suede blue flats from Elia B. These pointed slippers are soooo comfortable and the material is just gorgeous – I almost didn’t want to wear them in fear of ruining them!

To accessorise, I grabbed my blue mirrored Ray Bans and a white quilted bag from Forever 21.

A totally simple and comfortable look but I feel like it’s important to post the ‘low key’ days as well as the glam days.. <3

The M&S jumper is now sadly sold out but I’ve linked a similar one below.

On another note – over the last week, I’ve been recognized by a few people who have come up to me and either said ‘I know you from Instagram!’ or referred to me as ‘The Londonite’ – let me tell you, this has been the strangest, mind boggling experience for me, in a good way of course.. but still strange. I often forget that other people actually read what I put out in my little corner of the interwebs and meeting people who recognize you from photos and tell you that they love what I do is both amazing and incredibly humbling! Thank you to all of you for all your endless support – both online and offline!

As always, thank you for reading – until the next post!
